• share the files internally with your committee members and officers
• use the completed documents you create from the templates for normal organisational purposes

• resell the CommitteeKit templates
• repackage them and sell them
• upload the toolkit to commercial template marketplaces
• claim the original CommitteeKit templates as somebody else's work

Agendas, minutes, trackers, plans and other completed documents your committee produces using the templates belong to your organisation and may be used freely.
